Week 2 of my journey to the top 1% brought new challenges and insights. While my physical progress didn’t show up on the scale, I experienced positive changes in my energy, mood, and body composition. However, managing my social life while maintaining discipline in my nutrition and routine is proving to be a challenge. This week also marked the beginning of my deep dive into SEO and WordPress to build a strong foundation for my website, The Tailored Mind.
Health & Fitness Progress
Managing Nutrition in Social Settings
- I struggled with staying under 2,000 kcals on days when I had social outings.
- Need a better strategy to balance social life with nutritional discipline.
